Feminist Frequency at CES with Engadget

January 12, 2017

Engadget brought Anita and Carolyn out to Las Vegas last weekend for the 2016 Consumer Electronics Showcase (CES) to share their thoughts about video games from the stage — and while she was at the showcase, Caro got to play the NES Mini!

Check out some highlights from the event, including Anita’s interview about current state of the games industry with Mat Smith, Senior Editor of Engadget.

Carolyn and Anita had a great conversation on the Engadget state discussing 2016 gaming trends: things to look out for, to be critical of, and where the industry appears to be headed.

What do representations of gender and race in major motion pictures, hit television series and video games have to do with the current social and political climate?

Our newest videos analyze these connections by focusing on today’s most pressing social issues.

Like all of Feminist Frequency’s work, our new show is completely free to the public.

You can help us make sure it stays that way.
