Anita spoke to host Molly Wood of Marketplace Tech about our new series, Ordinary Women.The conversation begins with an anecdote that highlights the importance of telling stories about women’s accomplishments, as Wood states that her nine-year-old son said one day, “It just seems like men did all the really important things.” From there, the two go on to discuss how the amazing achievements of women have been written out of history, how Ordinary Women grew out of experiences working on Tropes vs. Women in Video Games, and the impact that Anita hopes stories like these will have. Finally, Wood asks Anita about how her experiences with harassment shape the work she’s doing now.
