Reviews Ethics Statement

Feminist Frequency staff or board members will not review any media works (games, movies, television shows, etc.) which someone they have a close personal relationship with has worked on. Other staff members or board members may still review these media works without any involvement of the individual who has the conflict.

Feminist Frequency as a whole or members of its staff or board may occasionally be consulted during the development of a media project. We will not review works that the organization as a whole has consulted on. If a staff or board member consults on a project as an individual, we may still review the work without any involvement from that individual.

We never discuss the content of our reviews with the creators or publishers of the media works being reviewed before our reviews are published.
