I was invited to give a keynote presentation at The Media Evolution Conference in Malmö, Sweden, where I detailed some of the subtle ways in which women’s accomplishments, experience, and expertise are routinely diminished and dismissed in male-dominated spaces. I also discussed ways in which the cultural norms of these spaces can be challenged and changed to make them more equitable for everyone. Watch the presentation at The Conference video archive.
